We provide very fast shipping within the Netherlands. Not only within the Netherlands we provide this fast service, also throughout Europe. We have collaborations with the best carriers in the Netherlands, like PostNL and DHL. They guarantee fast shipments, great service and safe deliveries in the Netherlands, Belgium and even Germany. All products are shipped with regular mail or parcel services. You can also choose the delivery option to send with registred shipping (A signature is required to receive your order at delivery), the costs are € 4.99. You will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your shipment wherever you are.
All orders within the Netherlands above €40,- will be free of shipment charges.
By the use of solid boxes and special packing material, we prevent any possible damage caused by transport so we can offer the highest quality possible.
Due to the current corona crisis, it is not possible to pick up your orders from our location in Venlo until 1 June 2020.
We highly valuate that you are fully satisfied concerning the products you ordered at Geeektech. Therefore, you can always return or exchange your order within 14 days after receiving your purchase. Your product(s) therefore must comply to our term & conditions: the product is undamaged, unused and complete, of course, to the extent reasonably possible. You have to return your product(s) in its original packaging, possible seals must be intact here. Be aware of the fact that after the period of 14 days it is not possible to return your order anymore and request a full refund on your account. If, after a period of 14 days, complaints or other issues concerning your order occur, please contact our helpdesk.
Returns and warranty
If you want to exchange or return your order, we kindly advise to add the return form to your shipment that can be downloaded below. When we receive your return in an undamaged and original state, we will send a new product or request a refund depending on which option chosen in the return form . Any possible price difference will be automatically refunded into your account.
Not all products can be returned. The following products do not meet the terms & conditions for return and refund:
- Items that can only be used once as screenprotectors and liquid (if the package has been opened).
- Parts that are damaged and incomplete by personal use.
- Items that can not be used again for hygienic reasons such as headsets and ear plugs (assuming that the package has been opened).
- Batteries. We can not see whether it is the old or new battery that is returned because of identical comparisons
